the farmers of Chiapas and our Youth Ministry!
Dark or medium roast, ground or whole, decaffeinated or regular
could look at it as complicating your life even further, or as your own
personal coffee shop that magically springs up during the coffee hour
following the 10am service! The coffee is fair-trade certified, organic
and shade grown, and we buy it from a husband and wife team out of Michigan
who share a passion for social and economic justice. This is a win-win
situation- for the farmers of Chiapas, Mexico and for the Youth Ministry
department as all proceeds go towards programs for our younger members.
For questions about the coffee, how fair trade works, or delicious drink
recipes visit javaforjustice.com or pick up a brochure during coffee hour.
